Assets
The University of Arizona Digital Asset Library (log in with NetID) is a portal of photo, video, logo and template assets, and is maintained by University Marketing & Communications to support the work of University of Arizona staff, faculty, partners and vendors in visually representing our campus and activities.
For assistance with navigating the Digital Asset Library, please reference the DAL Quick Guide. If a deeper dive or group Zoom training is needed, please contact brand@arizona.edu.
Be sure to review the Usage Guidelines of any asset downloaded for use. Although the majority of photos and videos in this library are cleared for most uses, there are some legacy or shared assets with unclear origins, and/or specific attributions that must be made upon publication. Please reach out to Marketing at brand@arizona.edu with any questions or concerns.
NOTE FOR MARKETERS: If you will be using any of these assets in print (ex. direct mail, billboards) or other very high profile uses (ex. digital advertising), please contact Marketing & Brand Management (MBM) for an asset rights check prior to publication. The department using the assets assumes all associated liability on behalf of the institution.

Digital Asset Management System
The Digital Asset Library is part of the University of Arizona’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system at assets.arizona.edu, currently hosted by IntelligenceBank.
The campus DAM is a cooperative project co-funded by several major units on campus (including Marketing & Communications, UITS, AZPM, and others) and managed via shared governance of participating departments. The DAM Governance Team has developed two cost-sharing engagement tiers for colleges or departments interested in an accessible DAM solution for centrally tracking, storing, sharing and managing any type of digital assets.
For more information about joining the cooperative campus DAM project, please contact Stephanie Cunningham.
