Printing Vendors

The University of Arizona Purchasing department has a list of Printing & Mailing Service Vendors to help all units on campus save time and money on printing services. Several printing companies are contracted vendors and each has been evaluated and judged to be superior for:

  • printing quality
  • customer service
  • ability to meet deadlines and price

Each of the vendors offer a discount off their printing services and/or a prompt payment discount.

On-campus Printers

Signs: Desktop Printing

When your design is complete, print in-house directly from the Word templates for small quantities. For a few cents per page, the printers below can create a professionally-produced sign that can make an excellent impression. Many of the printers also provide design services and are very familiar with implementing the Arizona brand. 

For professional quality prints for simple documents, take advantage of the campus-wide cloud print service, CatPrints.

 

 

 

Larger Signs

For A-Frame "sandwich board" signs, foam boards, lamination, or vinyl signage with grommets, save your file as a PDF, then request estimates and submit print requests to one of the print centers on campus:
