Catherine Gustafson is the Manager of Web Experience, serving on the digital team in Marketing & Brand Development. As a product owner for the digital team's website portfolio, including the flagship website Arizona.edu, Catherine manages the university's central Google Analytics 4 account, reporting out on analytics, as well as conducting UX research and QA testing. She leads multi-disciplinary teams through website redesigns, iterations and migrations, by combining this quantitative data and qualitative insights to optimize the user's web experience. Catherine completed her Masters of Science degree in Digital Audience Strategy from Arizona State University.
