University of Arizona ONE Conference
Save the date for the University of Arizona ONE Conference on Thursday, Aug. 14.
This year's annual marketing and communications event for campus MarCom professionals will include:
- A half-day afternoon event, from 1-5 p.m.
- A higher ed industry keynote speaker.
- Updates from University Marketing and Communications leadership.
- A new Engagement Showcase format that invites everyone to share successes and best practices, network, and learn from our peers.
- All activities in one convenient location, at the Health Sciences Innovation Building. No need to be out in the heat!
The ONE Conference is open to all university employees, and primarily benefits those whose work involves marketing and communications. Please feel free to invite colleagues doing similar work, as well as your student worker(s), to save the date and attend with you. Registration opens soon!
The Engagement Showcase
This year, the ONE Conference will feature an Engagement Showcase instead of traditional breakout sessions, offering learning and networking opportunities simultaneously. This means everyone can be involved!
The Engagement Showcase will feature posters created and presented by University of Arizona marketers and communicators – that means YOU! – on topics across the MarCom field. We encourage units to collaborate and submit proposals as groups.

Proposals will be accepted from April 2 to May 2, 2025. Awarded proposals will be notified by the end of May.
If your proposal is awarded, you will need to be in attendance on the afternoon of August 14, 2025.

- Awarded proposals will have time throughout the month of June to develop a full poster for presentation.
- Participants selected to present will receive a designed poster template to enter their content.
- Posters will be printed by the ONE Conference committee in July 2025.
